1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Nesafer website (NESAFER.com), our AI trip planner and the travel services we arrange. Nesafer is a travel agency based in Egypt. By using our website or asking us for a quote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. AI suggestions are not bookings
Our AI trip planner creates draft itineraries and ideas to help you plan. AI suggestions may be incomplete or out of date and may include flights, hotels, prices, schedules or availability that are not accurate. Nothing suggested by the AI is a booking, a reservation, a price offer or a guarantee of availability.
3. Prices and quotes
- A price is only confirmed when a Nesafer expert sends you a written quote.
- Each quote shows a valid-until date. After that date, the price and availability may change and a new quote may be needed.
- Prices depend on supplier availability until the booking is completed and confirmed. If a supplier changes a price or availability before your booking is confirmed, we will tell you and you can choose whether to continue.
- Unless a quote says otherwise, prices do not include visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses or other items not listed in the quote.
4. Booking and payment
- A booking is made only after you accept a quote and your payment (or deposit, if stated in the quote) is received and confirmed.
- Payments are made through secure payment links from third-party payment providers, or other methods we agree with you. Payment providers process your payment under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Nesafer does not store your full card details.
- You will receive a booking confirmation once your booking has been confirmed with the relevant suppliers.
5. Supplier rules and cancellations
Flights, hotels, transfers, tours and other services are provided by independent suppliers such as airlines and hotels. Their own terms and conditions, fare rules and cancellation, change and refund policies apply to your booking. Some fares and rates are non-refundable or non-changeable.
If you want to change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible. Any refund depends on the supplier's rules, and supplier fees and our service fees (if any, as stated in your quote) may apply. Refunds are only paid once we receive them from the supplier, where applicable.
6. Passports, visas and travel requirements
You are responsible for making sure that every traveller has a valid passport, any required visas, transit permits, vaccinations and other travel documents, and meets the entry and exit rules of every country on the trip. Names on bookings must match passports exactly. We may share general information or help with visa applications, but the final decision rests with the authorities, and we are not responsible if a traveller is refused boarding or entry, or if a visa is refused or delayed.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information, including traveller names, contact details and dates.
- Check your quote and booking confirmation carefully and tell us straight away about any mistakes.
- Arrive on time for flights, check-ins and other services, and follow supplier rules.
- Use our website lawfully and do not misuse the AI trip planner.
8. Limitation of liability
We arrange travel services on your behalf and act as an agent for the suppliers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nesafer is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or failures of suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes, government actions, health emergencies or airline schedule changes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim related to a booking is limited to the service fees you paid to Nesafer for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, available at nesafer.com/privacy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you accept a quote applies to that booking.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue quickly and amicably.
